I really needed someone to help me mediate with my mortgage company and help me lower my payment and interest rate so I hired Dyer Beech, they sounded so nice and Kirk Haratani sounded so truthful, so I thought, I had been working with them since January and I was already behind on my house payment as it was, but now only a miracle will help me since now I am about an additional $20,000 that includes all kinds of fees from the mortgage company and their attorney fees and I really don't know if I will be able to save my home. I was in Chapter 13 protection and they made me get dismissed so they could begin the proceedings to modify the terms of the loan. I really don't know what to do, who to go with to save my home of 32 years. Be careful who you work with, make sure you really look into the companys background and all pertinent information regarding their authenticity. I really cannot believe that both Michael Vitale and Kirk Haratani would be involved in this type of scam that pretty much leaves people that are already in financial difficulties out in the street. Shame on you Dyer Beech I hope you pay for what you have done to all of us that believed in you. If there is a class action lawsuit filed against you, I will be the first one to join them and I hope they make all of you pay for what you did to alll of us that trusted you.

Bertha- I feel for you, I too was scammed by Dyer Beech and Eric Rice. PLease BEWARE that Eric Rice is now involved in other Financial Services Companies.
The only correct thing that Kirk told you was that you should call your lender.
Yes, call your lender, keep up with everything for your loan modification, I think you will get it settled faster. Well, obviously faster than Dyer Beech did. I am working on finding class action suit also. Keep watching, I am sure they will turn up. It's inevitable.

To Kirk- Yes I do agree that Eric was dishonest not only to the clients, but also to you employees. There were very few employees that were in it to sincerely help anyway. Most of the employees, including his "brother", were rude and disregarded many options that would help us clients.
Please understand that all of us clients that Eric just dropped cold are angry, and we feel let down by the person that preaches about sincere help for the "Blue Collar" people such as him. Dyer Beech was a joke, and Eric Rice is Evil and should be in Prison for fraud and embesslement. I feel bad for you that you were involved with that.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Please Understand

AUTHOR: Kirk - (U.S.A.)

Bertha, I understand your frustration but please be aware that Dyer Beech nor myself did not scam you or any other client out of anything. Due to recent government regulations within this industry and insufficient funds from other clients the company unfortunately lost all funding and was unable to continue operating. Myself along with other employees volunteered our service pro bono after shutdown for about 3 weeks to try and contact as many clients as possible to explain the situation and to help homeowners who were within days of losing their homes. Your loan modification is still under review with your lender. That did not stop just because our company went bankrupt. You need to contact your lender directly and ask for an update. Due to the recent regulations put into place by the government your lender is willing to work with you directly in order to complete your modification. I'm sorry for any inconvenience you feel this may have caused but please keep in mind that all the employees that were dilligently working to save your home are now unemployed and worrying about their homes and families as well.
