Dylan was his name. The rudest and most unprofessional guy I ever talked to. Really. He was like a guy off Jerry Springer. Totally uncivil attitude and defensiveness.

Had a few questions about software and he referred me to live chat every time even when I tried to tell him it was not working and because I stated READ my email in CAPS. the guy was a nightmare to deal with and started lashing out rude judgments and assumptions that were so bad I was shocked and almost thought it had to be somebody trying to get fired or something. How someone in customer service like that exists, it baffles me.

I did not have any problems installing the program. I just had a simple question that he could have just said (no we can't help with that)  Stay away! I excepted the refund he stated he would give after a string of insults in an email. I don't hold my breath on getting it. The only reason I would ever ask for it is that of the terrible rude service received. BAD!!! Even if I got it to work. Not worth supporting this place. I'll see if I actually get a refund or not. If I do Ill delete the program then and buy somewhere else!!!!
