Dynamex is contracted by Amazon.ca Amazon offers its customers prime membership at a fee to get same or next day delivery and dynamex courier is contracted to do the deliveries This has been the 5th time I have been lied to about my deliveries not getting to me on time. Dynamex will not show up and make up a lie that they weren't able to get in the building or no one was home these excuse are lies to cover there tracks the five times this happened to me I was home and my building has 24 hour reception to allow delivery guys in and they also accept delivery if someone isn't home. The company is untrustworthy with no loyalty and when you call they give you horrible excuses. I don't know why Amazon even uses them. I am hoping that any business who desided to contract this horrible courier service think twice because they will definitely lose there loyal customers

I've had an issue with dynamex in Canada a company used by Amazon Canada to do same or next day delivery They are horrible and should not be contracted by Amazon or any other buisness The lie to cover there tracks I.e they should up but couldn't get access to the building or no one was there to collect the package Amazon charges its customers prime membership fee and they should be aware that dynamex is not only making Amazon lose loyal customer but also lying about there service
