Dynamic Credit Services ripoff stolen money false credit offer June this year contacted, offered free mastercard, have heard NOTHING! Las Vegas Nevada

I was called in May of this year, offered a "free" Mastercard or Visa, with 2500 credit line. The offer was that if I sent them $298, they would guarantee a card, with no fees and no interest. They deducted the $298 from my checking account in June ,took almost 3 months to send forms, I sent the forms back immediately, have heard NOTHING since. Tried to call, only number is completely disconnected, the other only has a busy signal at any time day or night.
