We had turned a vehicle because we could no longer pay for. We have recieved a call saying they can help us, they brought it down. We didn't get back to them, but they kept calling. No problem, We owe the money, we want to make it right. The first guy I talked to was extremely rude, he was yelling at me. I then hung up. He called me again and continued. I told him to please stop yelling at me. He said he was sorry that this was the voice that God had given him. He had people sitting around him and that he was not bothering them! I said you are still yelling. I would say something he would interupt. I finally had it so I told him to shut up! I had something to say too. He kept it up. I finally said hey you guys sold the truck for way less then it was worth, so you guys need to eat that. He kept yelling and I finally said wait a minute why did we get a call last week offering us to pay only 8 thousand rather than the full amount. He said I was calling to give you a even better deal of four thousand, but that offer went out the window when you told me to shut up. He said I want a check on my desk for 16 thousand dollars on my desk by noon tomorrow. I said I will be talking to your manager. He hung up on me. He then called my husband and was rude to him too.

I called and got the manager on the phone, I explained to him what he had said to me. He said he would review the tape. What he had said about the four thousand was so not true. He said they would try to help us. They needed the money up front. I don't have it, who would in this economy?
So I said I am sorry.

We get a call three weeks later by the man of Randy Ankles, he was so nice. He said we were qualified for the hardship plan, we pay what we can. He then wanted me to give him my checking account information. I am so glad I didn't. I asked that I get all of this in writing, he said the bank that I financed through would not pay for that, so I asked him to email it to me. I got the same response. My husband then called and got the address so we could send a money order or cashier check.

Today my husband gets a call at work! The first rude guy said he needed the 16000.00 check on his desk by the end of the month. My husband said, "Hey I am sending out a money order for the payment. I talked to Randy Ankles and he said I qualified for the hardship plan. So my payment he would have pocketed and our deal was not valid?""That's my partner and he never said that, he is sitting behind me, he doesn't remember that."
My husband then said well you need to review the tapes because that is what was said. How do you know I am not recording you right now?
It got quiet. He said please sleep on it and give me a check for that amount by the end of the month. He did state they would take the equity out of our home and garnish our wages if we didn't pay the full amount.
Don't trust them, they do not follow up on their end of the deal. Its not fair. The economy is hard as it is, who do you know has that amount of money stashed away in their bank account? We are living pay check to pay check.

This should not be allowed. I knew it was not a good idea to give them my bank information.
