Nu way real estate is a fraud. The only service they offer is educating individuals about real estate investment. Most of the information they offer can be purchased at a fraction of the price they are selling their info by several other real estae education companies. The bulk of what they offer is common sense marketing stuff, and the rest is motivational speaker crap.

THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH NU-WAY now aka. Dynamic Solutions & Systems is that they try the old bait and switch to attract customers. They send out email claiming you can use their money to "make a fortune in real estate". Their are bogus testimonials on the email (that are sent on behalf of several comapanies using the lead generation company that created the email in the first place) describing how this person made $44,000 (approximately) on their first deal or that person almost gave up on intertnet business, etc. This is all crap. They don't actually buy anything.

The company is barely afloat, and their sole source of income comes from the sale of their course. From what I have been told, they actually do own property, but it slipped out that they have owned several houses & their own building for several years. IMO all that tells me is that they're using the money from selling the "key to wealth" to help pay off their current mortgages & overhead, and the principles of the company will probably shut the doors down and leave efeerybody else hanging out to dry some time in the future.

The funniest thing about the whole pitch is that they charge you either $19.95 or $39.95 (not sure why their is a price difference) for a totally woRthless info packet as step one to closing you. EVERYTHING THEY ARE SENDING YOU IS ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND YOU CAN GET IT FOR FREE.

I will say that the software they are selling (one is their own the other is from Craftsman/Sears) is ok, but not hardly worth what they are selling it for. THEY HAVE A FREE DEMO ON THEIR WEBSITE, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. Other than that, they have no intention of ever buying houses. Their standards are too unrealistic, and if you actually find something they would buy, yo can do it on you own with any hard money lender, and probalby pull enough money out at closing for rehab & carrying costs. When I talked to a saleman there, he tried to put off the idea of using there money to buy real estate, and wanted me to focus on "empowering myself" to be able to do this on my own. Like I said, complete crap.

I could go on, as I have been pitched by both companies (I actually bought a partial membership with Nu-way last year.), but I will save it for replies.
