Dynasty International and Associates ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Dale City Virginia

I recieced a flyer on the fax machine at work.I called and gave them my credit card number. I was billed $412.20.They told me when I booked my Bahamas vacation trip that there would be a port fee of $159.00 er person.

My package was to include a 4day/3night orlando vacation, a 3day/2night daytona vacation, and a 5day/4night Bahamas cruise and stay vacation. I recieved my reservation packet, selected my dates, wrote the check for my port fees of $318.00 and sent my reservations in. I waited a month and no one called to confirm my reservations,so I began trying to call them. I was give the run around.

Then the next time I called I was told that the reservation department had been transferred to the Florida Tourist Bureau, and was given that number.Once dialing that number and leaving messages on numerous voice mail systems someone called me back after about 1 month of leaving messages someone finally called me back. They told me that they would keep my reservations on file but that they could not make them since they were almost 1 year away.

Then Dynasty took back over their own reservations. This is about 6 months into this situation I called the manager and requested a refund for all of the money I had paid. He told me that I could have a refund and that I needed to call Maria.

When I spoke with Maria she knew nothing of my situation. It has now been 1 year since I paid them $730.20, and there still has been no resolution to this problem. I reported them to the better business bureau. The BBB had Dynasty send me a letter stating that I would recieve a new reservation packet from the new and revised Dynasty, but I still haven't seen it.
