Ordered a replacement part for a Christmas Tree stand online. They are the ONLY ones who carry it. The web page said my order was successful. I did not get an email confirmation or tracking number. I called the next day, and they said they had no order. 

I re-ordered again online, and called them back to confirm my order was received. They confirmed they did have the order, and that I would receive the order in 4-5 days. I paid an $8.95 premium to ship a $12.00  6" part, weighing only 4oz. That was on Wednesday. I brought my Christmas tree home on Saturday, knowing my part would be here Monday or Tuesday.

 The money was taken from my bank account on Thursday, and I still did not receive an email confirmation or tracking number. I called again on Friday, to get a tracking number. They did not have one, and told me the part had not even shipped yet, and should go out that evening. They said I would have my tracking number By 5.00 P.M. Nothing !

I called again on Monday, and they said they would track it down. I didnt hear from them. I called again on tuesday and spoke to Mark. He took my name and phone number, said he would track it down, and promised to call me back, with an answer. 3 1/2 hours later, nothing. I called them back again, but they were already closed. 

That was on Wednesday, 8 days after I placed my order, and 6 days after they removed the money from my account. I asked to cancel my order, or get a tracking number As proof it was shipped. They said they would have Mark call me.... No phone call. Instead, I got an email, with a tracking number, showing delivery date of 10 days after I placed my order and 8 days AFTER they took my money !

In the mean time, my tree sits in my garage drying out, and it is 10 days til Christmas ! Great customer service ! They still have NOT called me, Charged me $8.95 for 4-5 day delivery that I am told will now take at least 10 days to deliver, and reduced the time my family has to enjoy our now almost dead Christmas tree.

They refused to answer emails or return calls, and treated it as no big deal, as they were "BUSY". AVOID THIS company and their products !
