e-Bay Motors Financial Department Sue Hodges, Michael (operator) Took $4,00.oo of my money Butte Montana

I found a camper on eBay for sale by owner. I contacted her and we agreed on the price and that the shipping to me would be free since she had a credit/coupon. I sent $3,000 in eBay gift cards, verified by eBay. Then I was told I had to send insurance cost of $1,000 that would be returned to me when the camper arrived. Again I called in the gift card numbers to ebay. I was told the camper was on the truck and would arrive March 29th. Then I was contacted that the coupon the owner had only paid for shipping in Montana, not out of state. I was to send another gift card for $500 to pay for shipping..When I asked the owner to pay the shipping as she had agreed I lost contact with her. Ebay's phone that I tried to reach was disconected. I'm at a loss as what to do now.
