This cosmetic company invites customers to receive a free "no obligation" sample of their skin care creme. Then once this small sample is received, the company sends a little bigger sample without an order or without customers agreement to receive it and then bills them for $26.96. When I called to try to return product and cancel billing, a message system replies that they have technical difficulties and I should try another day. Basically, they get your name and address by soliciting this information without any order, and then start sending products and billing without any customer agreement or order.
