Michael Perez is the president who is NOT the actual licensed contractor. He upsells his services as an interior designer then refuses it as part of his contract. Demanded 50% deposit on his contract which, is illegal. Charged my credit card for another home owners quartz countertops. With 34k in hand demanded I pay him another 21k (exceeding the total contract amount) in advance in order to complete my project and I refused. Had to hire another contractor and still yet to receive a dime back from them. BE VERY CAREFUL WORKING WITH HIM! He's a salesman who will tell you what you want to hear and make you feel like you scored a deal. Read yelp reviews.
