I purchased item #2668462 Aquos Silver 20" XGA LCD/TV and item #2643445 2.1 DVD Player and was promised a rebate for the cost of the DVD player, if purchased at the same time. The purchase was made on February 15, 2005 with a confirmation # of : S1392826

The rebate was for the $35.99 paid for the DVD player and despite numerous requests, and verification by E Cost that I had purchased the items and was eligible for the rebate amount, I have not received the rebate.
