E-Digital-Electronics They think they can get away with it... Glenview, Illinois

This company beats all... I went to their site through Google first of all. They had a good site rating but I still looks at some of the bad reports. Reading through half of the first one he was complaining about tax so I didn't think much of it. I place my order for a wireless mouse. The R.A.T. 9 wireless gaming mouse.

After a while, my gut start feeling like something was wrong. I get nervous from ordering off of sites so I did some more investigation. I went through the reviews again... I realized some things. First off all of there are only really good things or horrible things. All the good things are all well typed and all say the same thing. All the bad things look like someone actually typed them. Someone distraught was actually announcing what the company did. This led me to believe the company made a lot of false reviews about themselves to keep their ratings up.

Next thing I noticed, the site is poorly put together. Things are in the wrong categories and miss-typed. I would understand that if it were a community market place. As in people when on their and sold their personal goods, but it isn't. What finally broke me was that they don't have any phone number to get in touch. I've found numbers that have been leaked and when I called them it was disconnected.

That broke it for me, I went to cancel my order. When I found out I couldn't I was enraged and told them that if they didn't cancel my order I would get my credit card company to cancel it and be sure they are punished, hopefully legally. I told them they had until closing hours of this day to reply back before I took action against them (I made the comment yesterday). As I type this out they just sent me the message that my order was canceled. I don't know about you, but they put me through too much heart ache and trouble to just let them walk off. I will find a way to make sure they are punish and if I can find a way, closed down. /Do not buy from this site/. It will be the last thing you ever want to do.

(Also, something I didn't mention. Before the day of yesterday ended their site went down for an hour or so. When it came back up, the mouse that I purchased that was in stock changed to back order.)
