The seminar markets the ability to receive and process credit card orders from customers on the Internet.

ePenzio is the lead company offering the Merchant Account and Bring It Home, Inc. poses as the integrater of the merchant account and Internet web site.

The companies finance their products and services through First Data and process the transaction accounting through monthly Bridgeview Bank and Trust in Westmont, IL.

Now when you call ePenzio at any of their numbers, you get the recorded message "365-0160 is being checked for trouble." Also, "365-2300 is being checked for trouble." Their area code is 801. Yes, there is trouble.

Even to an extremely computer literate person, the software and documentation is extremely difficult to use and does not work. Be very skeptical about these companies, and do your homework before contracting with any of them.

To resolve problems, they pass you back and forth between the organizations and the bank. The best way to handle anything is to get out and run and cut your losses. Stop all monthly processing fees and cancel your merchant account.

I also received a notice last year regarding them being involved in litigation. I will be filing reports with Better Business Bureaus in each of the cities.
