E Ruth Williams

Roosevelt Williams Trust
Bank and Loan Fraud

FPA (Fraud Prevention Associates) was contacted by a financial institution in Belize to investigate irregularities in an ongoing loan transaction attempt.  We were approached by our partner in Belize to determine if there has been an ongoing attempt to commit fraud bank, mail and international loan ponzi.

We have reviewed the information given to us by our partner with regards to E Ruth Williams and  the  Roosevelt Williams Foundation to obtain a loan against several vintage car collections in Europe.  Based on our responsibility we have determined that these car collections that Ms Williams  and her organization have put forth for collateral are NOT in fact hers or in her control to leverage.    She and her group are not the signatory nor can they legally present these cars as liquid clean clear assets to lend against.

She proposes that these assets are part of a “Large old trust - Alpha Omega Trust”  We in fact have investigated all these claims with the Central Bank  Belize partnership the FBI and with Interpol have have found no such trust nor any trust who has ownership and signatory on these car collections.  Appraisals for these seemed to be very inconsistent as well.

We contacted the original car owners and found that Ms Williams and her group have attempted to “Buy” these cars and resell butt cannot use as security for the requested loans.

Her known associates are as follows:
Blayne Warner
John Mellon

Car collections are as follows:
Solo Hamburg Germany - http://www.solo-carrosserie.de/index.html
RealCar company – England - http://www.realcar.co.uk/
Steenbuck - http://www.steenbuck-automobiles.de/

ALL OWNERSHIP IS FALSE

Loan docs presented to our bank client who owns financial institutions in Belize and trusts in Switzerland - Williams Family trust had no ownership in these assets

Fraud attempt to acquire loan via offshore banking system

US Federal authorities have been alerted to activity and have this case is under investigation

Avoid any financial dealing with any of these parties

Bank fraud, Mail fraud International Asset fraud
