I have purchased the ULTIMATE BLUETOOTH MOBILE PHONE SPY SOFTWARE NEW EDITION 2008 for USD49.90 to collect evidence against my spouse.
Without installing anything on other people's phone as it claims, it also claimed to:
1. read other people's SMS
2. read other people's incoming/outgoing calls
3. read other peopl's phone list
4. connect your phone when the other party phone received a call or mad a call
5. see other people's photographs in their phone
6. and other claims
None of this works! I've lost my money. I've written to the company a couple of times asking for help and doesn't receive any response from them. So do not believe there's such software. By the way, if any of you have purchased the software and found it to be working, let me know because I have even tried with 2 Nokia handphone side-by-side and it doesn't work at all. It keeps asking the other phone to key in the security code, that's all. I have tried all possible avanues and have come to the conclusion that it does not work at all. Not even any one of those listed above. The company is a scam to scam people like us of the money.

I damaged my phone to where you cannot see the screen anymore and I needed important text messages off of it. So I tried to investigate some options and came across Retina X and I saw a link that came to a rip off report on one of their competitors which was e stealth. But buyers beware I purchased the mobile spy for 49.99 + tax which came to about $53 on my credit card. I downloaded the applications but they didn't work. They have a trial one which I went on another computer and tried to download it but no luck. When you open it up it just shows a whole bunch of jumbled symbols & letters which makes no sense. It's been well over a month after 3 phone calls that I have left messages, left emails, made several tickets to support but was very unhelpful and no response on my concern. I have cut & pasted the support tickets:

Thank you for your reply but the software for the computer is where I have the problem with. I am unable to open it on my computer. The phone I want to download it to a verizon palm pilot if that helps. And my computer is windows 2003.

Problem Desc I already opened a ticket on 11/20/08 and somone responded but they wanted info on my phone because I am having problems with downloading the software onto my computer and I thanked them for there response on 11/21/08 and told them I had a palm 700 (verizon) but it's now 11/24/08 and I haven't heard back. I am begining to think this is a scam as well as the e-stealth. Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi,
Actually there two palm 700 phones. One is Palm Treo 700p and another is Palm Treo 700w. If your phone is Palm Treo 700w then you can use the software on it. It is not compatible with Palm Treo 700p. Please let us know exact model of your target phone. And also let us know which language is being used on your target phone.

I am very un happy with the the nonuseful product and it takes days for someone to respond or you have to open a new ticket. I know it said 7 day trial and by me trying to get a hold of someone to try and help me my 7 day trial was up and I still can't use the product. If you can get back to me asap about this issue I would greatly appreciate it. THank you. 12/10/08

Isn't that sort of software illeagle? I think it is called wire tapping.. You try to do something against the law then you complain when you get ripped off. You reap what you sew. Why not call the cops? I am sure they would be interested in your fradulant activity.
