Unfortunately "customer" did not posted what and where did not worked with script. This is because he/she knows where the problem was, but trying to post lies!

Posting lies is a very bad practice that 20 out of more than 3000 of our customers tried to conduct. So I would not call that numerous.

Which practice we will conduct on our site is our exclusive right, and nobody can or is in position to determine practice we will conduct. If we decided to charge for support, then we will do that.

The fact that we sell support that cost $30 per hour is true, and this is clearly stated on our site, we do not have anything to hide. On EVERY script description page there is part that is called IMPORTANT!, and there is clearly stated that we do not offer free support.

And now to the case. She purchased script, but unfortunately she either did not configured script correct or server where she host domain have unusual settings that prevented script from working correct. We suggested that she can purchase installation or one hour support. On our site or anywhere else. Which she declined.

Ripoffreport should also do something about this! If somebody want to post report, then he have to post some kind of proof for his claims. Otherwise this turns to be outpost for lowlifes and liars.
