I started selling items on Ebay for a guy in Italy. He contacted me and asked me to sell for him. His name is Michael Peters. I asked for references first before I did anything
Everything seemed real. He had references and a website
http://www.e-wisesystems.net The references came back good.

So I started selling on ebay. I was doing well until Paypal for some reason limited my account and then Ebay blocked me from selling. I had to cancel a bunch of orders and I had enough money left over to place to orders for my customers.

The 2 orders were for over $12000 I have emails and proof that I bought and paid for all the items that I sold. I have not received the items that I bought for my customers, he told me he would send me tracking numbers and I have not heard from him. Now I am very mad. I do not want to get into trouble for something I thought was real.

I tried to contact Western Union they told me to contact the FBI, So I filed a fraud report on the IFCC Website. I have not heard anything back from them. I need to get all the money back so I can repay everyone.

My customers are calling and emailing nonstop. Most of them want to sue me. I had 40 or so customers on these orders. I can just not handle all the phone calls and emails anymore.

I have been selling on ebay for a few months now because I can't find a job so I was selling things to make money. I just wanted to sell a few things to make enough money to make a living and help pay for my wedding.

Now I am afraid all my customers are going to sue me and I am going to end up going to jail. I am only 18 Everything looked so real. I even checked his references and they came back good. Now I don't know what to do. I am afraid. I wish someone could help me.

People keep emailing me, telling me to get a real job, and get a loan to pay everyone back. I live in a small town with only about 100 people. There is no place to get a job around here, they only closest big town to get a job is 90 miles away it is winter here, I have a car with no heater. I would freeze to death by the time I even got there. I would love to get a loan to pay everyone back, but I am only 18 and have little credit, no bank will give me a loan. I would have a hard time paying the loan back anyway because now at the current time I am making no money.

I went to my local police to see if they could help. They told me they do not have enough funding to send someone to Italy or to Nevada or California to do something about it. I sent the payments to a Michael Peters in Italy, but the website comes up registered to a Vivan Ferguson in Henderson, Nevada. I asked the investigator if we could go after this Vivian to get out money back and she told me it would be to hard to convict her, I don't see how it would be hard. The site is registered to her.

If anyone can please help me in this matter. Please Please anyway, Anyhow. Advise or anything.
