We are in the same situation as Ms Temel. We found a beautiful Cadiallac Catera on the E-Z Auto lot that we really liked and wanted and boy were we s****.>
I am making payments on a car that I dearly want but they will not make good on their warranty. They told us to come pick out something else and when we did they said they are not selling the car we like or "because there is a warranty in the window but if they let it go it will be at wholesale and without a warranty." Then they wanted us to come up with $1500 more dollars down.
Again like Ms Temel just give us back our money and we will go elsewhere. I can assure you that word of mouth is your best customer and everyone I speak too will know about the service we received at this lot. we will purchase another car just not from this lot or any one associated with Johnny's Suzuki.

I have used EZ Auto more then one time it has been 4 times in the past and I have no problems with this company. I have been treated very well and have been happy with all the cars they have sold me in the past. The staff at EZ auto is filled with great people and I know that they are willing to help anyone. The manager has been there for years and he knows what he is doing and I will give him and also his sells team my bussness anytime. If you are in the market for a used car I would go see them they will treat you right in my book. See Chris(sales) or Mike ther (manger)
