I called Eddie Dillard of E2 Services to have my vehicle collected for free as stated on their website page (proof available) to which i was told "they only mean the main dealer" when i said that it says something completely different on their website which i had taken a "screenshot" of i was told thats not what they meant. Overnight the webpage dissapeared and a very different statement appeared the next day.

Despite this My vehicle a 2004 Range Rover HSE was taken into E2 Services Orlando by a breakdown truck for a non starting problem associated with the complex ECU system. After waiting 8 days for a disgnostic report, i was told by telephone call that it would cost $4400 to fix and that the problem was an imobilzer ECU/ECM issue.

I then called the local main Land Rover dealer and was told that the imobilizer ECU/ECM was around $530 and that with labor the total cost should not be more than $800 if in fact it was just the imobilzer ECU/ECM. [continued below]....
..... I contacted the owner/mechanic of E2 Services to relate this information.

The reaction was"they do not know what they are talking about, I have your vehicle they do not. Despite my requests for more detailed written information non was forthcoming and nothing to this day.

After constanly asking for a written diagnois from E2 Services, one was never produced or given to me, after much more questioning I decided to have my range rover taken to the main dealer, I had been without my vehicle for some 7 weeks at this time, not attibuted entirely to E2 Services as it was only there for about 10 Days, but for other issues requiring other repairs elsewhere.

When i contacted Eddie Dillard by e mail saying that i would have my vehicle collected, I received a number of very arrogant replies (Proof Available) and demanding that i personally had to go to collect my vehicle, despite having no vehicle and mine needing to be transported to the main dealer, Eddie dillard would not release my vehicle to my transport company who went there with cash to pay his $220 diagnostic charge and move my vehicle.

Despite having given the transport company written permission to collect the vehicle, and notifying Eddie Dillard in person by writing of this and my inability to get to his workshop he refused to release my vehicle and held myself and my vehicle hostage. In addition he then stated that sorage fees would added now to my account.

I had to take a day off, go with my transporter company person and collect the vehicle, it was also parked over a drain gully making it extremely difficult and dangerous to collect the vehicle.

Having taken the vehicle eventually to the main dealer and having spent around $475 including tansportation to and from the E 2 Services establishment, i received a completely different diagnois from the main dealer at much less cost than the non official E 2 services workshop.

Eddie Dillard seems to have a vendetta against the main dealer and it apprears that some years ago actually worked there, sadly this vendetta seems to include any poor unfortunate  customers that take their vehicle to E 2 services Orlando!
