Eagle Dent Pullers Charlene Anderson, Paul Wilson I ordered and was charged for replacement parts, but never received them. Won't return calls. Corona California

On or around August 20, 2014 I called and ordered replacement parts for my Eagele dent pulling system. I gave my credit card information and the amount was deducted from my account. After about thirty days, I began calling to injquire about my purchase. No one would ever answer the phone, so I left multiple messages to call me back. I also went online and submitted a request for an explanation to no avail. I finally got "Charlene Anderson" to answer and got her supervisors name "Paul Wilson", who said she had shipped my oredr and would check on it and call me back. I asked her for a tracking number which she could not provide. Its now December 12th, and I'm still without my replacement parts, and out the money to buy them.
