Eagle Eyes as seen on TV Poorly made defective product Van Nuys, California

I bought a pair of Solare Outdoor Bifocal Sunglasses. I loved them until I noticed that one of the two screws that held the lens in was missing. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me out another screw (They are a special color and size and use a washer which was missing so the repairs kits available at local stores do not help). With in a few days another screw from the other lens fell out.

I contacted the company asking them to please send two replacement screws, as I have yet to receive the replacement screw from the seller. Here is their response:

"We apologize that you are having a problem with your sunglasses. Unfortunately we do not have replacement parts. The sunglasses need to be replaced completely. The cost of the replacements will be $8.99 under proof of the lifetime warranty. You may also purchase a new lifetime warranty through customer services.  To place an order for this please call customer service via phone. If you have any further questions, please reply to this email or contact customer service. Thank you. Have a great day."

I should pay $8.99 for their defects (on $50+ sunglasses) under their "lifetime warranty", and then purchase another lifetime warranty to cover the new glasses which are probably defective as well.

I am returning the glasses to the seller, and will never buy Eagle Eyes Products again (I was planning to buy their Indoor readers as well.)
