Eagle Recovery & Asset Acceptance, LLC Providian Financial called me at work and threated to sue and garnish wages if I did not make a payment right then Peoria Illinois

Eagle Recovery & Asset Acceptance, LLC Providian Financial has called my cell phone 3 times, and left messages from a Ming Lee and to call her back at 800-234-3210 ext 518 in the last 3 weeks.

Ming Lee called me at work 4-17-14 ( not even an hour after leaving the 3rd message on my cell phone) and I told her I was at work and could I call her after work, she insisted on taking payment then and there, and was very rude, said if I was at work therefore I had a paycheck, therefore I should have money, which I told her I did not get paid till friday, and would pay then, that was not good enough, insisted I make a check payment, I told her again I was at work and had to call her back. She then threatned wage garnishment and law suit if I did not pay then.

This is for a debt owed to our local hospital for an ER visit last year when I did not have insurance from work and did not qualify for state aid.

I work customer service in retail and had customers waiting for me, and this is unacceptable. I could lose my job over this.  How am I supposed to pay anything if I lose my job becuase they are calling me at work?
