Eagle Warranty Company - The Eagle Warranty Corporation doesn't pay their claims! They cover very little and force you to pay the claim first! Eynon Pennsylvania

I filed a claim for a covered service, air conditioner repair.  The service provider followed Eagle's requirement for getting an authorization number and approval to do the work prior to starting the repair.  The authorization number is #29031020 and the date of the claim was 3/10/2009. nearly 6 months ago.  I followed all of their requirements and was told my claim would be paid within 3 weeks. 

I was very disappointed with their coverage claim allowance of $259.55 on a $795.43 cost to repair the air conditioning. The service company said they have never encountered such a low coverage allowance for this kind of service.  The cost of the warranty was over $1600.00!

Well, after 6 calls to customer service, I was promised 5 months after the repair that a check would be sent to me Friday.  That was three weeks ago and still no check!  During the next two calls to them, I was put on hold for long periods of time and cut off both times.  I have left numerous messages, as well.

I would never buy a warranty from Eagle Warranty again!  I consider the purchase of this warranty to be the worst investment I have ever made.
