Eaglemotorsport; Eaglemotorsport ebay seller Eaglemotorsport eBay seller failed to send refund when product was returned Internet

I purchased a set of 6000K HID 97 Mercury Mountaineer Dual CCFL Halo Projector LED Black Headlights from eBay Seller Eaglemotorsport Item No: 221112485127 on December 19th 2012. Upon receipt and installation of the lights into my 99 Ford Explorer it became immediately apparent that they were cheaply made non adjustable headlights which are not suitable or legal for use on Australian Vehicles and pointed my headlamps in the wrong direction into oncoming traffic.

I contacted the seller to advise them of this and was responded to by Bobo from Eaglemotorsport who advised that they were happy to offer a refund and if I could please organise to ship the item back to them to obtain this refund.

Bobo gave me their return item number as RMA # E-14355661-1212 and provided the address 365 Cloverleaf Dr STE C Baldwin Park CA 91706 to ship the item to. Given that I am in Australia it cost me a further $90 AUD to post the item back to CA as well as the initial cost of the item which was $245 USD. As eBay have a 45 day return disputes policy I have no ability to converse with them on this issue. I have also made repeated attempts to contact the seller who has ignored all attempts at getting my refund issued.

I strongly advise anyone dealing with this seller to give them a very wide birth. Their products are cheaply made junk and are dangerous to anyone outside of the U.S.
