Eagleson Entertainment Lied about his experience, how many people would be helping him during the wedding, about non-existing "staff members". He didn't return any calls for 2 months. He literally yelled at me and told me I was high maintanence for expecting him to return my calls after 2 months. Torrance California

What a NIGHTMARE! illegitimate company run by Henry who claims to have almost 20 years of experience (more like a little band and a couple of months since he's not older than 35) and would not communicate with us for 2 months. He eventually had his "secretary" (more like 21 year old girlfriend) tell us he's too busy to call his clients. Lied about his experience, how many people would be helping him during the wedding, about "staff members" ..all bull!!!!!! We had to look for a new dj a month before our wedding. Thank god he's no longer dj-ing our wedding. Don't trust him, he's a liar and a total scam artist. Cheap prices for a load of crap. He talked down to me yelled at me and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. HE called me high maintenance and said I was getting what I paid for. So rude what an ugly person both inside and out.

Dealing with Eagleson Entertainment was indeed a nightmare! I know this because I was there from the beginning to the end. The end being the frantic search for a new DJ one month before the wedding.

In all my years of wedding experiences, I have not had to deal with a DJ like Henry Eagleson. Who wants to keep a DJ who doesn't return your phone calls and who ever heard of a DJ who doesn't meet with you before the wedding to go over things? Yes, we had to lose the $200 deposit but I feel that was nothing compared to what we could have lost. Thank god the nightmare ended and we were very fortunate in finding a wonderful DJ.

I hope nobody else has to find out the hard way how it is to deal with a business and people who are both unprofessional and unconscionable. So please, everyone, make sure you do your research and talk to others so that you will not have to go through what our family has had to go through and is still going through today. Now Henry Eagleson is making up outrageous lies about members of our family. I didn't know whether to laugh at the idiocies of his statements or be mad that he had the audacity to write those vulgar things. And you call yourself a professional? For shame!

We were just being honest about our dealings with your business, but you Henry Eagleson, are just being unconscionable.

After writing this report many months ago, I was surprised to find that the "company's" rebuttal was defended by slander, defamation of character, and pure lies. I understand that there are no solid facts to support claims of "sexual" implications or advice on marriage, because there were none. I would hope that if these accusations were true, and since Henry never spoke with us (due to overwhelming and late night calls) the supposed calls, would have had to be left on some answering machine. Thus, these SAVED messages  I supposedly made should be used on his behalf to defend himself in court. I believe that if he responds with any more slander, we will have to take this man to court where we will be showing our phone records to prove ALL CALLS were made at reasonable times and most of them were made a month before our wedding date to discuss normal matters such as music lists, the time of events to occur, and lighting. I really hope this will be the last communication we have with him because he is a sad human being, we hope to NEVER come in contact with again. If going to court proves to be our last option, we will also have the dj we ended up with to prove we are NORMAL people and that the business between us ran SMOOTHLY. Henry chose not to call us back EVER until we finally lost our patience with his girlfriend that kept giving us the runaround and would not let us speak to him directly. It never had to be that way, but in a way we were RELIEVED to have ended up with such an amazing DJ (thanks to VOX Dj's), because we realized that Henry's unprofessional nature would have ruined the event.

Luckily in August, our wedding was a SUCCESS due to our new dj that we loved very much, so much that we remained FRIENDS with him. So if anyone out there is looking for a dj, make sure that you do your RESEARCH and realize that you pay for quality. Make sure they ligitimate references, normal prices (not questionably cheap prices), an actual staff of employees, and most importantly, that they are decent human beings.

Eagleson Entertainment strives to make your wedding planning process easier by providing the highest possible quality DJ/MC services.

However, we do reserve the right to limit telephone contact with clients who become sexually explicit, or verbally abusive.

In the case of  Claudia Fernandez and Ryan Vizena, Claudia unfortunately fell into this category.

Here at Eagleson Entertainment we are happy to take calls to discuss any matter that concerns our services, such as scheduling, wedding music, your reception time-line, announcements... etc. We are even willing to take calls related to other matters, within reason.

Also, we understand that planning a wedding can be very stressful.

But in the extremely rare instance when a client calls us relentlessly to discuss matters ranging from "doubts about marriage in general" to expressing sexual fantasies over the phone, we as a responsible business must draw the line.

With Claudia Fernandez Vizena, she would bombard our office with daily (and late-night) calls about highly personal and inappropriate subjects best suited for a relationship counselor, not a wedding DJ service. We eventually had to politely express to Claudia that we were "too busy" to take those types of calls and remind her that she was "paying" for a DJ service only. This only served to send Claudia into a rage that resulted in her releasing a barrage of insults toward me, my company, and the small group of people who work for me. As much as Eagleson Entertainment tries to maintain the old saying "the customer is always right".... sometimes it just doesn't work out that way.

It is important to note that Eagleson Entertainment holds a strict policy of fulfilling all commitments, contractual or otherwise, regardless of the extreme nature of the client. In this case it was Claudia who canceled our services (not Eagleson Entertainment), resulting in the loss of her $200 deposit.
