I brought my vehicle into Earl Scheib for their Pro 3 paint job (which is written as there top of the line paint job inside their building). I told the manager that I wanted minor body work done. He came and looked at my vehicle. He told me the process of the paint job and that the work that I was asking to be done would be extra. I asked him how much extra. He told me that it would be 100 dollars extra. I agreed and we went inside to fill out the form.

On the form he wrote in "extra prep work" and wrote 100 dollars next to it. I signed the paper and he told me to call later in the day to find out the progress. I called later and he told me that it wouldnt be done until the next day because they were having a hrad time getting the primer off that vehicle that was on the vehicle when it arrived.

The next day I went to get the vehicle and all the extra work that I had asked to be done was not done at all. Instead he kept claiming that the 100 dollars went into extra sanding. Which was a lie because the paint job is already supposed to come with 3 types of complete sanding. He than continued to tell me that they were only supposed to use so much sand paper and so much time on each vehicle. THAT IS NO WHERE WRITTEN ON THEIR WEBSITE OR IN THEIR BUILDING! Not only taht but my car wasnt even sanded well at all. the paint had a peeling spots, paint run off (where they sprayed too much paint and it ran downward to a drip) and the paint had many bubbles in it. THIS IS SUPPOSEE TO BE THEIR TOP OF THE LINE PAINT JOB! The manager kept ingnoring me until my father-in-law came and he than agreed to fix the bubbles but not the body work that I had asked to be fixed in the first place.
