Earnhardt Ford LIARS AND DECIEVING ON CASH TRADE IN ripoff Chandler Arizona

On monday July 2nd we went to Earnhardt ford and decided to buy a vehicle. we choose a dodge charger and decided to trade in our 1999 jeep wrangler.

After severaly negoatiations we came to an agreement. The sales man said that they would pay off our trade in which valued at 8000. we also informed him that an eft transaction for the jeep payment would take place on the 8th for 350.

the sales man told my partner and i not worry that it would all be taken care of. come saturday morning we checked our account and the jeep payment went through. we called the dealer and spoke with the salesman and he said that there is nothing he could do.

I then told him that he had lied to me and we were now over drawn on our account because we believed what he had to say. he than started to yell at me and started cursing.

I asked him if he treats all customers this way and he didn't say anything. i informed him that we were faithful customers and this would be our third vehicle that we bought from earnhardt. he asked me why i continued to come to earnhardt.

he than said that he would refund us our 350 plus the service charge the bank placed on our account which totalled to 380. he said to come in on monday.

we showed up monday evening to pick up our check and he stated there was nothing he could do but give us a 100 dollars becuase it was our fault that we didn't have the money in our account. I reminded him that he is the one who informed us that we wouldn't have to make this months payment once we traded in our vehicle which we did a week prior.

He than asked me where i spent my money and i told him that was personal and it didn't matter he lied to me twice. He than called me an a-hole if front of other customers and said that i was the one lying. i told him to take the car back and yelled out to me in the parking lot i am sh** out of luck.

i am not sure what to do from this point, but what i am sure of is i will never ever buy another car from earnhardt nor will i let a friend. they are decieving and will lie to just about anyone. whatever happened to honesty?
