I ordered 3 Fingerling Monkeys one each blue, purple and pink for a total of $48.47 - order number 5534

On November 8th I was sent an email that my order was being prepared for shipment.

Nothing has been sent and I have not been able to get a response after sending several emails and phone calls. They have charged my credit card and not sent the merchandise.

I want a refund.

ordered 2 fingerlings on 11/9/17 havent seen anything from east coast deals outlet florida. and they sure didnt have an issue taking my money from my debit card.
