East Coast Deals Outlet Ripped me off! Florida

I purchased 3 Finger Monkeys from East Coast Deals Outlet on November 9, 2017 I received a order confirmation and then nothing else, no merchandise, no communication, nothing! I have sent several emails asking for a estimated delivery date as well as calling them at their (352)470-0593 number several times and leaving messages on their voice mail with no response from emails or voicemails. This is wrong, my Husband and I are retired and these were to be Christmas gifts for our Grand Children we are on a fixed income we do not have extra money to give to rip off artists who claim to be a Family run company! Shame the hell on you, I hope someone can help us with this situation, They got me fo $48.47 for 3 Finger Monkeys which I never received.
