If you are thinking about or have ever thought about conducting business of any kind with Ziaullah Lalli, Omar Motawakel, Amir Pervaiz, Yasmine Ramcharan, Hares Rasouli, or David Baqi or East West Lenders I would highly advise you to rethink your decision.
I worked directly under Omar, Ziaullah, or Z as he is known, Amir, David, Hares, and Yasmine and they are the most unscrupulous group of people I have ever met. They made a practice out of ripping off and stealing from homeowners. They specialized in doing subprime loans and charging excessive fees for their delivery. They would even steer clients with good credit into bad products for the sole purpose of closing loans faster so as to generate more profit because they knew that if they didnt close their loans quickly sooner or later their clients would shop and figure out they were being ripped off. So for them it was worth it to charge an extra point to the client, on top of their already outrageous fees, so as to close loans faster.
They would pull every trick in the book from pushing appraisal values by hiring dishonest appraisers to lying to borrowers about their rates being fixed for 30 years when they were really putting people into adjustable and negam loans. One of their loan officers actually bragged about his ability to forge documents and fool the banks. I personally witnessed them lie to borrowers about the actual documents they were signing. Not only that, they also steal telephone lists from local banks and then telemarket their clients pretending to be that bank, hence their choice of the name East West Lenders. Its just a shady attempt to make people think they are indeed East West Bank. They will stop at nothing to close a loan including pretending to be your present mortgage note holder. Do not trust these people with your home. Do you homework on them and go with any other mortgage lender.
In addition to violating every lending law and do not call list law out there, they also hire people with the intention of never paying them. So if you are a loan officer do not work for this office. As everyone knows as a loan officer you are always 30 days outside of a paycheck because thats how long it takes for a loan to close. .So what Omar does is hire you and instead of paying you when your loans close, he tells you that you wont be getting paid til the 15th of the following month and then never pays you. Hes even willing to go so far as to lie in court to cover his tracks. The man is scum. Do not work for him under any circumstances. He will violate every labor law in the book to get out of paying you. He even went so far as to pretend one of my loans did not qualify and then called the borrower himself and closed the loan in an attempt to get out of paying me my commission.
Omar, Z, Amir, David, Hares, and Yasmine are all thieves. Do not work, conduct business, or associate with them in any manner. They will only lie, cheat, and steal in an attempt to rip you off.

I would highly advise not doing business with these people unless you absolutely have to and in that case I would advise that you to go in with an attorney.
And if you have already been ripped off by them, I would recommend hiring an attorney to go after them.

My name is Gabriel Saucedo and I post regularly on this and various other consumer websites. I am a retired Sheriff's Officer and volunteer my time working on unsolved cases for the local police department in addition to various consumer advocacy groups and political campaigns.
I've recently started working with a lot of people hurt by unfair lending practices so this post caught my eye as it was rather heavy handed, but what blew me away is the rebuttal posted by someone pretending to work for the Department of Labor. I've contacted the Department of Labor and it is not their policy to post internet blogs. It is in fact forbidden. They hold hearings and the results are made public record. Furthermore, they posted a phone number in an attempt to gain credibility. The phone number listed, however, is listed to the same company as the East West Lender phone number. Meaning it was clearly posted by an employee or possibly the owner of East West Lender not the Department of Labor making the entire post fraudulent.
I have forwarded this information to the California Corporation Commission, the California Department of Real Estate, the Department of Labor, and the FBI as impersonating a goverment official is a Federal Offense. If they are brazen enough to do this, I shudder to think what else they are capable of. I would think twice before conducting business with them.
If anyone hurt by this company needs advice as to how to go about pressing criminal or civil charges against the company or it's corporate officers (as filing bankruptcy will not protect the owners assets as a result of a lawsuit filed based on fraudulent activity) please feel free to contact me via email.

These are haters that wrote this about this good company and the individuels named in this report. This is the only company that helps you make the money you desire. They have been around for a long time and they will still be around, unlike other mortgage companies that are closing down everyday. This company is built on honor and repect. There was never a person by the name of Cindy ever worked for this company and this is a proven fact. Thie fact is that this report should be taken off because they are all lies. Every Mortgage company from Countrywide Mortgage to the smallest Company have had some kind of a problem in the way the industry has gone.
