Easy BK Services Bk Document Processing Limited Never Used Service But they refused Refund, Cepenhagen, Denmark

I visited the Easy BKServices website to see if bankruptcy was for me. At the time they offered special pricing if paid before 8/12/10 midnight. So I paid to get the special pricing and figured I would decide and cancel if I don't need it. I requested cancelation & refund within 1 hour of placing order. I never used their service, only logged on once to send them email refund request (cause that is the only way to contact them, they have no phone number, no address, and no way of speaking to them). I saved all the correspondence and per them I paid so regardless if I use them or not I still have to pay.

Asked again, and the response was, "We already answered this question"

They need to be stopped. There is no telling who else they have done this to. I have filed with the BBB against them, filing here(ripoff report), visiting the drudge report (so I can have them placed there so people dont messed over), registered w/Michael Moore(in hopes he will hit them up) & I am going to the news stations to see if they will be interested in the scam this company is pulling.

I have never in my life had to pay for services I never used. I wont start now. I am also disputing the charges with my bank.
