I am sorry that I didn't read this before I brought a car from them.  The same exact thing happen to me.  I have contacted the attorney general office on them.  They are still trying to stall to give me my money back.  I will be taking them to court.  They can not keep getting away with this.

 Hello everyone out there in rip off land. since my last report i am pleased to report that the company easy finance auto agreed to pay a portion of cost of repairs for a motor on the kia that they sold off their lot. After 9 months of reports, complaints to attorney general fraud office after 9 months of not having the truck I made on time payments for only then did easy finance auto agree to pay 1000.00 for a 4000.00 motor replacement. I recieved the truck back in august. only to find out now that it needs another 1000.00 repair.

11/6 i recieved a call from easy finance asking me to contact ripoff report to have them remove my complaint reports against them and take them off line because they helped fix the issue. NO you caused the issue by selling that car.  Any other time I would have agreed because I am a very patient understanding and passive person.This is one issue I have to stand strong on.

No I will not take back my complaints. The facts are the facts and what happened happened and no damage can be undone, none of my payments will be returned, none of the time I spent on this issue can be given back. No apologies were made only placing blame.Easy fincance sold me a lemon they said for months it would be fixed as they tried to work on it themselves, when they couldnt fix it it went to a shop then from shop months and months later it was still not fixed. easy finance offered me another car if I gave them 1000.00.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME. IM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THAT THE REPORT BE REMOVED AFTER YOU SOLD ME A LEMON THAT 1 YEAR TO THE MONTH HAS HAD OVER 6000.00 WORTH OF REPAIRS. OUT OF THE YEAR THAT I HAVE HAD THE VECHILE I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE IT 3 MONTHS OUT OF 12 OFF AND ON.  THIS REPORT IS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH FOR 1 YEAR.

If your searching for a car please stay away . find a respectable and reputable dealer.Do all of your research. get everything in writing, document every date every promise every repair. be clear on who you put your trust in and give your money to.

Advice from a customer who has 1 year experience with buying a lemon from a lemon dealer please remember that just because it says bad credit good credit, just because it looks good and sounds good and just because they make it easy. dont mean that its always going to be the right choice. and dont mean that you deserve to be treated like I was.  you might regret it in the end

I know 2 other people who have bought cars there and have been fixing them since they bought them. if only we knew then what we know now easy finance auto would have never gotten our business.we all have major regrets.

There is nothing supreme about this car dealership or its management. I had choices and have never been late on a payment. I am only sorry that I did not take my business to someone who deserves it and does not treat their customers like less then humans. Bad management, Bad business, Bad customer service,Bad cars. Nothing about my personal experience has been in good standing. To the person jim who does not work for the company but wants to brag about it being a supreme company thats too bad because you clearly were not there during anyones experience. have a great day yall.
