easyfiancevisa.com llc rude, dishonest, incompetent, advertises results or refunds but does not refund san diego, California

I have just read the rebuttal to my report about easyfiance.com. About 50% of the rebuttal is pure fabrication. These people are not only liars, they are compulsive liars. To undertand just how dishonest this company is, read his rebuttal about his refund policy, then read his advertising claims about refunds.

I think anyone that researches our company would put this ONE ridiculous ANONYMOUS complaint in context.

We serve 1000's annually, are state certified Immigration Consultants, and a member of the Better Business Bureau.  Almost 100% of our clients are successful, however every once in a great while, one is denied.  The most frequent denial is based on lack of income.  One must be making a certain amount each year to ensure qualification.  Our guarantee does not cover someone denied on income purposes as we cannot control whether someone loses their job in the process or simply takes a risk based on no income but some assets.  We do all of the work required from Start-to-Finish and we always put the client's best foot forward.

We absolutely know who this client is, because once again we almost never get denied and this is the type of thing he'd do.  After baselessly threating to sue us, months later this person decided to make an anonymous compaint here...how fitting.  I am quite confident in that statement because our denials are so rare and he listed his state of which we have only one denial...  Further, whether our guarantee covers the reason for denial or not, here it DID NOT, I always offer to refile either a fiance visa or marriage visa for FREE.  I made the offer here as well, despite the fact that it did not have to AND that all of my caseworkers that had ever spoke with him refused to work with him on any level.

After accepting my offer, he called a week later demanding that we now get him permanent residence in the Philippines because he was moving there instead...it wasn't uncommon for this person to call multiple times daily with different demands or threats.  We have no experience with Philippines law, nor have we ever claimed to.  The fiance and marriage visa is exclusively an American process, so it would be unethical to even attempt the effort.  He then again demanded a full refund, despite denial being his fault, the denial not being covered in the warranty, and his frequent insults to multiple caseworkers - even making one young lady cry at work. 

We have done everything contracted for and went above and beyond to help this client, despite his unreasonableness.  I hope anyone that reads this report realizes that this type of complaint is the last resort for those that are wrong but still want to try and injure or blame others for their self-inflicted wounds.  As we file 1000's of successful petitions annually, I am sure the pathetic nature of this complaint is apparent.
