For this website you need to sign up choose a gift you want and then (depending on the gift) you need to complete one offer and refer friends to do the same. Well I sign up and did a *FEATURED* offer that stated instant credit. I paid $1.95 to do the offer and did not get credit. So I filed a manuel credit approval, says credit requests are typically read within 1 business days. It's been a week and it still haven't been looked at.

I then send a message to the admin:
