E.atrick Burke PLC Administrator to mom's estate Rutland Vermont

 Patrick was recommended by Jeffery Taylor EQS (who drafted mother's 25 yr companion's Will, representing my half sister as excecutrix, then drafted mothers Will 6 days  before death, when determined day before Taylors Will drafting, "incompentent" by another lawyer. Jeffery Taylor EQS then represented half sister Melissa in mother's estate) to be appointed Administrator of mother's estate.

Patrick Burke and Jeffery Taylor then drafted mothers estate networth 2 days before recieving ashes from creamation. Mother's companion's Estate had not been yet been settled and "sole beneficary" to his estate, was my mother which also deceased. 

Patrick Burke was appointed Administrator six monthes later by court.  During the six month lasp Patrick and Melissa (half sister) filied mother's tax return for previous year(2010) and collected the rent from 5 apartments. Patrick Burke never disclosed tax returns  (2010 & 2011) nor did he show any record of the 6 months of rent collected ($14,280.00).

Patrick Burke,  acting administrator,  singling out the other three heirs and catering to Melissa (other sibling) for the next 8 months.  Patrick Burke, Jeffery Taylor, & Melissa the went forward to their thievery.  Never disclosing; financial statements, major mistakes in administrator fees, closing of safe deposit box ($30,000.00) belonging to another sibling/heir without permission or acnkowledgement,  Removal of personal items that were never disclosed of where abouts,  failure to follow Will (four equal shares), failure of state law to have realestate  & personal property appraised, failure to pay estate bills!!, and paid some in "CASH", failure to maintain rental property, and  separated companion's estate for mom's estate (sole beneficary of companions) and distributed to Melissa.

Myself and other two siblings wrote to court complaining of Patrick Burke's (administrator) of his numorous mistates and ability to handle the estate. The court ignored our requests and allowed, even though I/we have over 300 pages of proof.

Patrick Burke and Probate court also refused to give us (siblings to estate) the docket #'s so we could get copies of court hearing transcipts.
