Ebay.Com Ripoff misleading ads difficult to understand directions wrong instructions San Jose California

I have been using ebay now for over a year. You can never get in touch with any one at the company if there is a problem, which occurs quit often. complaint #1 Recently they changed there refund policy. A seller is supposed to be able to get a refund on the commision if a sale does not go through. And by ebays own rules if the seller puts in writing that it will not sell out side a certain area and the buyer is from outside that area ebay is supposed to refund the money immediatly. Well not only is the refund process difficult to use but it has many flaws and no way to contact any one at ebay to correct the flaws.

Complant #2 I received bad feedback from a buyer who did not even purchase the item from me, they left me bad feedback because I left feedback saying they were a non payer. This is not fair because it has several problems. If I am a seller I may not want to leave bad feedback for someone for fear of getting back negative feedback even when a person does not pay then how do other sellers now that a buyer is a dead beat. If I do get negative feedback ebay has a scam to pocket more money from the sellers its called square deal (what a joke that is). This is were I am supposed to pay 20.00 dollars to have the negative feedback removed.

complaint #3 On one of the above ocassions I was given negative feedback for such a reason the buyer just but down " this is BS seller waited 3 months to leave this feedback" By ebays own rules slander and faul languege was not to be used in feedback forum but they refused to remove this feedback for me.

Ebay needs to look at some of there procedures more carefully and help the sellers when neccesary. So that the feedback forum becomes more reliable for the people who need to rely on it.
