I signed up to receive the Ebay Success System disc the middle of April. I have yet to receive the so-called-disc. Yet, I have been charged the 1.95 and then 6 days later I was charged 39.95. I did not read anything about an extra charge or we would not have ordered this. However, if what I have read from others that there was a 7 day period then it was violated because they didn't wait the 7 days to charge me the 39.95. Regardless of which way you look at it, I never received the disc. Also after reading all this, Ebay itself is not involved with these people, they are a third party scam group.

I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute for the 39.95 because I did not authorize that charge. I have also closed my account because now it is very possible that they will start charging your account if not every month then every couple of months or so that way you will be off guard. I would advise anyone to close the credit card or bank account and be done with them. It is really the only way to be sure they will not get any more money from you.

I called the number on my credit card statement and the number has been disconnected. Surprise there! So I called the people (NMR) who contacted me after I signed up to buy this fraudulent disc. He (Mike) called me 3 days after the disc buy. He continued to call for days. National Marketing Resource an internet consulting firm that will help you sell items in bulk to make money. Of course, you have to give them you credit card number so they can charge you 4600.00 for their fee. As a single mom going back to school, I told him it wasn't possible. He told me that I couldn't afford to pass this up...yeah right. I passed it up. The point I am trying to make is that it is all a scam. DON'T DO IT!!! none of it. As I said I called NMR and they gave me 2 other numbers to Ebay Success. One was the wrong number (once again SURPRISE) the second number put you on eternal hold. All this over 1.95 for me, because I closed my accounts and don't have to worry about being charged by them anymore. So I am done calling and worring about it.

But please any of you that have bought this...cut your losses and close your account and count your blessings they didn't get more from you. I should have listened to the old saying, 'if it looks or sounds to good, then it probably is'. So true.

Good luck, (and may these scammers ROT!!!!)
Renee
