I purchased a product on Ebay and the seller did not send me even close to what I ordered. I filed a claim with Ebay and they said that it would take 10 days to escalate. Now they say 30 or more. I lost money, and I think it is mail fraud. Ebay would suspend me if I failed to pay for the item, which I have to do before I get my product that i purchased. Ebay should enforce that the seller ships me what I ordered, or they should get involved.

EBAY LIED ON THEIR CLAIM FORM, AND THEY LIED ABOUT HOW THEY HANDLE CLAIMS, AND THEY ARE ALLOWING A SELLER TO MISREPRESENT ITEMS THEY SELL WITH NO CONSEQUENCE. THIS SHOULD BE MAIL FRAUD FOR THE SELLER AND FOR EBAY FOR ALLOWING IT. I want my product or I want my money back including shipping & money order fee.
