I had purchased a michael kors bag on auction, but when i recieved it it was not the bag photographed. the seller used th michael  kors catalog phota and sent me garbage not what was pictured.  iI contacted ebay who pushs customer protection, they ended my case, with no help. I had returned to the seller rosa garcia, her handbag,so she has my $ 105.00 and her bag. She used fraud thr pictures which i presented to ebay, showed the item return transaction, and they just closed my cas to say too bad.  Great buyer protection i was fooled and stolen from and ebay allowed this!!!!!!!

I have been shopping on line for many years, and on ebay. In the past it had been better to shop with them then now.

There are great sellers there it is ashamed that there are the bad who ruin it for the good.  yes i see you point about what the seller says about the return, I had posted everything with picures also. Ebay stresses buyer protection very much, but quite frankley their is none for buyers. I have never come across a seller as lousy as this one iI made the claim on. But to you you are dead wrong shopping online is very done buymany. So who are you to say do not shop online. The internet makes things more convient and easy. So shame on you for acting like i deserved this, it was just one really bad, which should have been handeled by ebay better with the Big buyer portectio!!!

Actually this is all on your as the buyer. All the seller has to do is say that YOU the buyer sent back the wrong purse and EBAY will believe them especially if they can show pics proving their case. Its unfortunate but this is the hidden costs of shopping online. YOU chose to use EBAY, and in doing so you open yourself up to fraud such as this. There is no remedy. If they have your money then they have your money and there is no LAW to back you up. Because of the differences in LOCAL LAWS, you may never see your money back.

In the future I would suggest that you STOP shopping online. Support your LOCAL businesses. Online shopping carrys quite a few problems such as this because of the cheapness of the American consumer. Yes it LOOKS like a deal, but when you knucle down and examine the situation, its NOT cheaper. Without a HUMAN to contact and help you deal with a situation, youre pretty much left to your own devices.
