EBSS ASSOCIATES , MATT CARLISLE , REGINA SMITH , Mr. GREEN , LAVELL BOWEN , EARVIN BOWN are without a DOUBT LIARS - THIEVES - EXTORTIONISTS, and WANNA BEES , who call you threatening you with ARREST if you don't pay your bill. These EXTORTIONIST couldn't ARREST a DOG with Flees. These WANNABEES claim they will go to the COUNTY and make a complaint against you. These SONS OF B*TCHES claim they have the authority to ARREST YOU. I can tell you FLAT OUT - " They have NO AUTHORITY to do so. They have NO SIGNED WARRANT from the COURTS, or the DISTRICT ATTORNEY or any documents signed by any JUDGE, . They do not even have the authority to SUE you. Only the client can you sue, not these ILLICIT Sons of B*tches.
In looking at these " C O R R U P T " low lifes you have to " W O N D E R " how thw owner of this " C O L L E C T I O N A G E N C Y " allows his staff to THREATEN the PUBLIC and use EXTORTION , Idle threats, to HARASS , FRIGHTEN , INTENTIONALLY CAUSE HARM , claim to be INVESTIGATORS ( which they have no license from the State ) or just sit back and condone what is going on in that office. This tells us without a doubt that the corruption is rampant, and this " MORON " of an owner doesn't care how his EXTORTIONIST " STAFF " get the money as long as they get it.
Let us tell you this, they have NO AUTHORITY to have you ARRESTED. Owing anybody a penny or ten million dollars is not a CRIMINAL ACT , at worse case it is a " C I V I L L I A B I L I T Y " there are no DEBTOR PRISONS we know of in this Country. In order to get you A R R E S T E D a CRIMINAL ACT " must " be an act as prescribed by LAW that is " I L L E G A L " in nature. Let's say you did apply for a PAY DAY LOAN , or even applied to a " B A N K " for a loan, and forr what ever reason, you don't pay it, there is " N O T H I N G " the PAYDAY Loan company or BANK can do to you.... absolutely " n o t h i n g " .
Now let's get to Mr. Green , Matt Carlisle aka Matt Carlilse , Lavell Bowen, Regina Smith , and Earvin Bowen, this has got to be a desperate group of unqualified, go nowhere, crew of desperate MORONS who break the law, threaten the public with worthless threats, contact family members and neighbors, and seem to enjoy the outright threats. These are desperate ... desperate...desperate individuals who live in a world of illusion and self grandeur. Thesis is an agency that lives in the shadows of what a real collection agency is. EBSS Associates is a ncast of rejects, misfits, and wannabees who couldn't operate as an agency following the law, so they act in desperation , act as " INVESTIGATORS " and have no authorized licenses for these wannabees that each Private Investigator is supposed to have. We would " suggest " when they tell you they are an Investigator... ask them for their LICENSE NUMBER. We also suggest you ask them for their BONDING NUMBER. There will be a silence on the phone... why... because every Collection Agency has to have BOND INSURANCE and : each : Collector needs to be INSURED.
Here is another thing you can do, to pee on their shoes. You can send them a CEASE & DESIST letter via CERTIFIED MAIL, return receipt requested. Your letter should send it to the company, the specific collector and most important " staff". What this does is to put EBSS ASSOCIATES, its owners , its Directors, the specific Collector, and " STAFF" not to contact you again.
In " ADDITION " it is our " SUGGESTION " you " TAPE RECORD " every SINGLE - individual TELEPHONE CALL they make to you. You do " NOT " need to notify them you are " recording" the conversation because The vState of Georgia is a " ONE STATE " partty state. That means only " one person " needs to know the conversation is being taped. There are only 12 states in the entire United States that you " must " give the MINI MIRANDA, indicating : This conversation may be recorded " ... GEORGIA is " NOT "... we repeat " NOT " one of the 12 states that you need dual notification. Our suggestion is you record the conversation. Usually every decent answer machine does have the capability to record conversations. You also need to record in a journal the date of the threatening call, the time it was made, who you spoke to, and specifically " what was said to you ". If you have letters, you are to " KEEP THEM" . These lunatics probably will not put these " threats " in writing, so your tape recording will give " strength " to your credibility and straighten our claims to the FEDERAL - STATE and COUNTY AUTHORITIES.
EBSS ASSOCIATES is without a DOUBT going to be brought before THE FEDERAL AUTHORITIES, THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, and every COUNTY AUTHORITY that governs their ACTIONS. We will tell you this, for every complaint you send to WE THE PEOPLE, those cases will be compiled in a MASSIVE COMPLAINT against EBSS and its EMPLOYEES. Doing this by yourself may take some time. Doing it in a MASSIVE COMPLAINT " nationwide " will strengethen our chances of putting those B**TARDS out of BUSINESS once and for all.
You should also know that The COURTS have the right to bar EBSS , its owners and employees who are in the lawsuit both CIVIL & CRIMINALLY to be " barred " by the State of Georgia from doing business as a COLLECTION AGENCY as a business, and to bar the specific employees from continuing to act as a COLLECTOR dealing with the PUBIC. We intend to request this be ENFORCED by The State of GEORGIA.
It is " suggested " you contact WE THE PEOPLE at : (((redacted))) " and " to contact (((redacted))) with your situation. We are here to " PROTECT " the PUBLIC and SHUT DOWN EBSS ASSOCIATES & specific employees who have harassed, Alarmed and continue to HARASS the public.
