New Century Appraisal In Michigan, Harold Terry Morgan ripoff: Borrower paid for appraisal and appraiser and asst. Terry will not release. Stole over $350.00 Flint Michigan

I am going to respon to each statement made and then tell the story as it actually happened with dates to support it.

First of all my name is Harold Morgan. Terry Mills is my assistant. So their is no Harold Terry Morgan.

Second the company name is Ecentury Appraial and not New Century Appraisal or Ecentury Appraisals.

Thirdly, We did not steal $350.00 or any money. This type behavior is illegal and we would not be in business long if we stole money.

Fourth, It was stated that, "They (Ecentury Appraisal) run a scam! They take your appraisal orders, do the appraisal and never send it. Then they tell you to resend the order and still won't send the appraisal."

This does not make sense and certainly is not true. Why would we do the appraisal and not send it. This would be like accepting money to paint a picture, painting the picture, but not giving the picture to the person who paid for it. This would be insane. If we were guilty of this type behavior contacting the State of Michigan and submitting a complaint would get us fined or end our business. Terry did ask for the order to be resent, because I completed the order 12 days earlier and emailled it. Terry wanted the order resent to confirm that the calller was the mortgage company and to get this order emailled again ASAP. Terry told this company that I would have to send it and I was out on inspections, but this did not stop the repeated calls to our office. Alan or an associate at Sound Mortgage Group, 1308 N State Rd 7, Margate, Florida threatened to keep calling our office every 15 minutes until we resent the appraisal, call the better business bureau, contact ripp-off report, contact The Attorney General, contact the local authorities and call Licensing. We they called over and over and Terry had to stop answering the phone for the rest of the day. These guys are unprofessional, rude and from their post reckless.

Fifth, It was stated that, "now they want answer their phone."

As you have read above these guys were calling every few minutes. On one occassion they were whistling and said still waiting and laughed on the machine. I still have the recording, call our office and ask about it and get $25 off the quoted price when you talk to Terry.

Sixth, It was stated that, "Be aware they are listed on appraisal.com."

This is wrong to we are on appraisers.com.

All in all you better watch your step with these guys at Sound Mortgage Group, 1308 N. State Rd 7, Margate, Florida. They are not completely reckless, because they will not even report their contact info. Please feel free to call Terry and let him discuss this further.
