About 3 weeks ago, I signed up with EZRentlist. I spoke to a salesrep name tony. He told me that ezrentlist's listing would be cheaper than looking through the newspaper and so forth. If I signed up with them, they will provide us a list for 90 days. It cost us $60. If I don't fine anything with them, than ezrentlist will give me a full refund. Ii repeated to tony and said "a full refund?" Tony said "yes".

So a week later, my husband found a place so we called the number that was posted at the place and it turned out to be an agency. Wwe both went to the agency and they showed up a one bedroom that we were looking for. We like it and signed up with them. Ii called ezrentlist on the 20th, 24th, 27th, and 29th of September. I didn't get a return call untill the 1st of October. I spoke to Raymond and I told him that I would like my refund back since I didn't use theie listing. He said I only can get back $30. He said that Rtony did not say I would get me full refund and that I will not get a full refund.

I would not be stupid enough to pay somebody and would not get a full refund if I was not satisfied. Oon top of they have listing but they were not updated everyday, because if they were, I would not have to call the same people twice for them to tell me that they have no vacancy.

EZRentlist is more than a crook. As for those who are looking for a place to move, they are not cheaper than the newspaper or any other places. Ao just save your money and just do it yourself.
