My ex husband and his cousin stole my social security number back in 2010. Well now I have over 80,000 racked up in debt that isn't mine for schools I never attended. Ecmc has had me turn in the same stuff for a dispute 3 times but denies the dispute and it's the information that they need. They have been blowing my phone and work phone up trying to set "up a payment" plan I keep telling them I'm not paying for something that isn't mine. Then on top of that they are trying to garnish my wages 15 percent. I need help with a lawyer.
