After watching the infomercial on this product, I decided to check out their website so that I could make an effort to get rid of plastic water bottles and convert to a reusable stainless steel one that was diswasher safe. I order things online enough to know that most legitimate websites allow you to review your order first before pressing submit to charge your credit card. This one did not! I just took it for granted that I would have a chance to review my order, boy did I have buyers remorse when I saw that ordering 3 bottles for my family with add-ons plus shipping and handling cost me $65+!! There was no way for me to cancel the order and now I have to call in the morning. I will probably run into all kinds of problems. Here is the most painful part, target.com offers a diswasher safe stainless steel water bottle at $14.99! I will know next time that not all online sites allow you to review your order and are only too eager to charge you. This company will probably make it difficult for me to cancel my order tomorrow, hopefully not but I won't hold my breath.

Hi this is EcoCanteen. It is discouraging to see such a negative comment from a customer, but we are here to resolve the issues.

As noted on the website, and TV commercial, we advertise the product as $9.99 each plus p/h.

The bottom of www.EcoCanteen.com has 'Offer Detail' information that outlines the product costs, as well as the processing and handling costs associated with the Adult Bottles, Kids Bottles and Insulated Totes. So the customer should be fully aware of the total cost of their order when they click the 'Click Here' button to place their order. The costs are also clearly stated during our automated telephone ordering system prior to a customer providing us with their
