As a Returning Customer it Appears this Location Changes Owners Frequently. There have ben similar reports to this same locatio, & I'll never be returning there again other than if it is to obtain/collect moneies owed for failure of proper services done correctly.

I cannot understand how in 20 minutes an oil change said for a 10 min or less $19.99 coupon appears to be a lure to the location & then goes to almost force you to do additional services you never asked for at prices so high that were far beyond thought. I'm so upset therest of my day is done. Everything seems that if you have a complaint nobody ends up answering helping victims like me which used Bettet Business Bureau, Consumer Complaints all require Court and I don't want that but I also don't like being used up, not fair.

The time of full negative experience was 20min & was to provide a service consisting of oil change, coolant system flush, rust proof, full transmission filter synthetic at $305 for this time duration. I have accent because I wasn't born in Canada but a Full Landed Immigrant of since 1974 &my deceased husband was of 1967 but gone August 30 2010, my life is already dificult. I feel used over a country to be so fear.

I never expected this, my daughter called ahead of time to say was trying to make sure I wasn't being ripped of and call if exceeded $100 and failed to do so. Bad Faith, Over charge, services not asked for took a money toll and left me broke, steaming from under hood, no show that any fluids topped off, flat tire flat, oil change not seen and no air filter,.

This is a company I'll never ever use again and will never ever recommend to anybody at anytime for this extreme negative experience I endured. How are we to trust when always scammed? I don't get it. I paid in cash and the reciept says only my ca, not my information and no signed nothing?

I'm fuming w/anger, have no extra money and it is far from end of month and only have a bigger mess under the hood and the car is in bad driving state and the gas pedal is so loose it goes stright down to floor. At the sam e time of confusuin I was being told my tires were bad & that 4 news one's @ $80/pc for used installed or $100/new each one, to bad I never recieved a $1000 bill when my budget was tops $100 area, my car is olderand I was afraid if I said something wrong.

Someone neeeds to loo into these bad companies.
