A phone call was placed to one of our locations in March to inquire about the type of printer we used. Our employee, not knowing any better, gave the information to the caller and we have now received an ink cartridge and subsequent bill for this that we did not order.

I have tried calling the number listed on the packing slip, but I am just automatically directed to voicemail.
