Ecosmart Corp Deaf seller, D The seller is ripped off.. and he didnt tell me the truth as he offered me to try , can cancel 2 weeks after purchase but i didnt get it after 3 weeks Encintos California

On May 16, 2012, my mother passed away, On June 24, 2012, it was my parents' would-be 56th wedding anniversary, it was very very sad and grieving for me to lose my mother. Even worse he showed up with no remorse.  

Deaf man, named D, showed up at my house that I didnt expect anything from him. He sells the Rainbow Vacuum. He showed us many things. It was very expensive at first but the quality was good but I couldnt afford it. He suggested me to try it after purchase and see if I like it, then start payments.

He warned me that on that day I purchased was on June 24th 2012 with 2 weeks to cancel.  The rainbow vacuum didn't come to my house after 3 and half weeks. It didn't give me the chance to try it myself. I was very disapppointed for their poor service so I decided to cancel and called D, the seller. His phone has been disconnected. I was ripped off. I was not very happy with the service. 

Equitable agency has been contacted and even contacted the recewptionist to inform me where I work. It was unethical to do that. It was awful and even contacted my two friends then they contacted me about the rainbow vacuum as I was sooo embarrassed. The equitable agency has no ethical boundaries. It was awful!!

At last, I want the vaccum returned and the balance would be ZERO.
