Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
placed order with eCRATER online and payed them for an order weeks early before they even had items to mail to me and was in contract with the seller kept asking about my order and she would keep tell oh give iit a few more day you know how the mail is this went on for more then a week before she said i mail them out you and you should have gonen them i gave you a tracking # that i never got. and i never got them package still waiting??? Heck ya man Get your money back.
But it is how you shop online these days, to many crooks, As a seller on ecrater I would ALSO be mad about it.
But ecrater is like a huge marketplace, it's up to you to determin if the seller is stupid rotten, not me, not 95% sellers.
But shear blame of ecrater they don't babysit.
A seller there, they close down your store, without notice.
