I too am a victim of Ecurves and Trugenix. I never received any trial product and they took $28.97 from my bank account on Jan.5 2006 only days after Trugenix took 8.97. I called and asked for my money back and the woman told me they don't refund money because I must have signed up for it. She also said, Basically, "tough luck." Trugenix must have given them my info, since I never even went to Ecurves website.
